Welcome to Iggy’s Landscaping LLC. By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Iggy’s Landscaping LLC provides a wide range of lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, mulching, aeration, flowerbed installation, stone work, leaf removal, overgrowth cleanup, and junk removal. Services are customized to fit your property, preferences, and schedule.

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed-upon dates and times. We reserve the right to adjust service schedules in cases of weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. All grass clippings, branches, trimmings, and other debris will be removed and properly disposed of by our professional team, and disposal costs are included in the total service price. Prior to our arrival, we ask that small toys, hoses, lights, or manual sprinkler systems be removed from the work area, as we cannot be held responsible for damage to items left in place.

Payments may be made in person or online through Jobber, which securely stores credit and debit card information for recurring billing. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed, and late payments may incur additional fees. Quotes are valid for 15 days from issuance; after that period, pricing may be subject to adjustment.

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling if needed. If a client must cancel, they should notify us by phone at (804) 997-9417 or via email at IggysLandscapingrva@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a 25% charge of the original quote to account for potential loss of work, and any deposits paid in advance will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.

While we take every precaution to protect your property and are fully insured, minor accidental damage may occur despite best practices. Clients are responsible for disclosing hazards such as underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other obstacles. Additionally, clients should ensure that lawn and landscaped areas are reasonably maintained for safe access, as debris, obstacles, or unsafe conditions may result in additional fees or delays.

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If a client is not satisfied, we request notification within 48 hours so we can promptly address the issue. While we guarantee workmanship, natural factors such as weather, pests, and seasonal growth may affect results.
